HOW WE RUN THIS

How We Keep the Live Lobby Fair and Consistent

Running a live dealer lobby is not just about streaming quality — it is about the integrity of every round. We work with studios that publish shuffle verification and deal-integrity certifications for their live tables. Here is how we keep things consistent on our side.

Certified Studio Partners

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both operate under independent audit frameworks. Their live tables use physical cards, monitored shuffle procedures, and recorded dealer feeds that can be reviewed post-session.

Server-Side Round Logging

Every live dealer round on stich88 is logged server-side with a timestamp. If a dispute arises over a baccarat or blackjack result, the log is the reference — not a screenshot.

RTP Disclosure Where Available

RTP information for live tables is shown only where the provider exposes it — typically within the game interface itself. We do not publish figures the studios have not verified and released.

Account-Level Access Control

Live dealer access is tied to your verified stich88 account. Eligibility is determined at login based on your account region and local law. Unverified accounts cannot enter the live lobby.

stich88 Inside Our Live Dealer Table Selection

Inside Our Live Dealer Table Selection

The live dealer lobby at stich88 is built around studios from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two of the most widely streamed providers in the region. You will find multiple baccarat variants, including Speed Baccarat and Lightning Baccarat, alongside Live Blackjack tables that run with side-bet options. Dragon Tiger is available for fast-paced rounds, and our live roulette tables include both

European and Lightning Roulette variants. Tables run across multiple camera angles with multilingual dealer options. Access the full lobby from your account wallet — no extra download needed, and the lobby loads directly in your mobile browser or the stich88 app.

TABLE SUPPORT PATHS

Help When You Need It at the Live Tables

Live dealer sessions move in real time, so when a question comes up — a disconnection mid-round, a chip count that looks off, or a table that won't load — you want a direct path to the right answer, not a long wait. Our support channels are set up specifically to handle live-table issues without pulling you out of your session longer than necessary.

Live Chat Reach the support team through live chat while a session is open. Describe the table name and round time so the agent can pull the correct session log without delay.
Account Verification Help If a withdrawal from live-table winnings is held at the verification stage, submit your ID through the account centre. The team reviews documents and clears the hold before the next payout cycle.
Table Disconnection Claims A dropped connection mid-round is logged server-side. Contact support with your account ID and the approximate round time and we will check the server record against your session history.

Live Dealer Terms Worth Knowing Before You Sit Down

What is a live dealer lobby?

A live dealer lobby is a section of the platform where real croupiers deal cards or spin wheels on a streamed video feed, and you place bets through your account in real time.

What does 'squeeze' mean in live baccarat?

Squeeze is a baccarat ritual where the dealer slowly bends and reveals the card edges for tension. It does not affect the result — the outcome is determined by the cards dealt, not the reveal style.

What is Lightning Roulette?

Lightning Roulette is an Evolution live game that adds multiplier strikes — between one and five random numbers each round get a payout multiplier of up to 500x — on top of standard roulette rules.

What does 'shoe' mean in live blackjack?

A shoe is the card-dispensing device holding multiple shuffled decks at the dealer's table. Most live blackjack tables at stich88 use a six- or eight-deck shoe, which affects basic strategy slightly.

What is a side bet in live table games?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside the main bet — for example, Perfect Pairs in blackjack or Player Pair in baccarat — with its own payout structure and independent result from the main hand.

What does KYC mean for live dealer withdrawals?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification step. Submitting your documents before withdrawing live-table winnings avoids holds — verified accounts process withdrawal requests faster through the account centre.

Common Questions About the Live Dealer Lobby

Log in to your stich88 account, head to the Live Casino section in the main navigation, and the full lobby loads in your browser — no separate app or download required for the live tables.

Yes. The live lobby is fully accessible via mobile browser on both Android and iOS. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables are optimised for smaller screens, with controls repositioned for one-hand use.

The lobby carries live baccarat variants including Lightning Baccarat and Speed Baccarat, multiple Live Blackjack tables, Dragon Tiger, and Live Roulette including Lightning Roulette. The full list is visible once you are logged in.

Every round is logged server-side. If your connection drops mid-hand, the result still registers against your account. Contact support with your account ID and round time and we will verify the outcome against the session log.

Live dealer access depends on local law and is available to eligible accounts where local law permits. Your account region is checked at login — if the tables are visible after you log in, your account is eligible.

Winnings from live dealer sessions are credited to your account wallet. To withdraw, go to the cashier section, select your withdrawal method — including DuitNow or FPX — and complete the KYC step if your account has not been verified yet.
